So what exactly is CBR?
Started in January of 2011 by Tristan Rendo, Clearance Bin Review started with a simple concept; provide quality, unbiased reviews and editorials in order to be the kind of website that we would want to view ourselves. No game, movie, book, album (you name it!) is too big or too small for us to give an honest and fair examination of. Our goal isn’t to make you buy the game or go to the movie that is paying to advertise on our site, our goal is to help you make the most of the time you have to spend being entertained (whatever type of entertainment you prefer). Based on the results so far, most of you seem to agree with how we do things. We are a site made up of gamers, movie enthusiast and music junkies, writing about what we know and love for people who love it as much as we do. Odds are we are a lot like you.
Whether a blockbuster or an indie title, we review everything with time and consideration because we think it matters. Too many other sites ignore the little guys or let the fan-boy inside take over for the big ones. We can’t say that never happens for CBR, but unlike most places covering games on this behemoth we call the world wide web, it is our open goal to avoid it. Feel free to call us out if you think we’ve strayed. Our goal is to make the best site possible, even if it isn’t the most popular.

I've made movies, written and performed music, and in January of 2011 got bored and started the awesome gaming site you see before you. My gaming roots began with the original NES, and endless hours spent spilling quarters into machines at the local arcade. I have a personal collection of over 200 Nintendo 64 games, and for many years it was the only system I owned. I re-entered the modern generation of gaming consoles when I decided to purchase a 360.
